here are some thoughts about live-tv.
I'm not a Programmer, but with VLC i can watch live-tv from my DVB-T card. So it can not be so hard to implement the VLC library in XBMC. I think the bigger problem is to program an good interface with channel scanning, sorting and epg grabber. But for a first step the direct input of frequencies are good enough.
I'm speaking only about windows. I don't know how VLC works with the Hardware under other platforms.
I am curious what others think about it.
