would it be possible to select from the possible aka's when selecting the movie? that way i could see the name that i expect.

for example, when i lookup the movie "the professional" in imdb, i found the title http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110413/ which is titled "léon". on the page is a list of all the aliases as such:

also known as:
cleaner, the (1994)
leon (1995) (uk)
professional, the (1994) (usa)

since the version i have is the 3rd alias, i'd like to have the xbmc title match up but so far i can only have it say "leon".

i assume the "aka" feature would help a lot with non-us versions of popular movies too.

i join the joecool's request!
why not using akas.imdb.com instead of http://www.imdb.com? it uses the same seach engine and it provides "aka" titles in many languages (spanish, italian, german, french,...) and in english too. so for the english speaker users there will be no difference, and for the non-english speaker users it will be a very useful feature to be able to look up for titles in their language.

moreover i don't think it wil be a very difficult change to do in the source files (just change the url).
