Home screen / RSS iCal (i.e. Google Calendar) support, or have a main menu entry to view your iCal subscribed calendars.

I think a plugin that would allow you to view your calendar would be an excellent addition to xbmc. Support for outlook would be an important feature. I think initially it would just have to be a viewer.
