XM and MOD playback not working?

Anyone remember the old XM and MOD formats for audio?

XBMC on my xbox1 that I haven't updated in 2.5 years plays these fine, but XBMC 8.10 on my AppleTV won't play these - the file appears, no errors when I click it but no sound either.

Does anyone else get this?

A quick module test with latest Xbox T3CH works just fine.
Don't have an ATV, sorry.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
