problem with trailer
#1
hello, I got some problems with adding (local) trailers.

I've read some about it, as far as I know the only thing I need to do is to paste the trailer in the same folder as the movie file and name it the same with "-trailer" in the end of the name.

I done this and still dont get any trailer in movie info.

I think I know whats wrong, and it may be because I'm using .rar ?

for example;

Hitman.R5.LINE.XViD-PUKKA\p-hm.r00 (and the movie is inside the rar: "p-hm.avi)
Hitman.R5.LINE.XViD-PUKKA\p-hm-trailer.mov
Hitman.R5.LINE.XViD-PUKKA\SAMPLE

the movie is inside the rar, does the trailer have to be it too, is that the problem ?

You need to "refresh" the movie for the trailer to picked up.
(Have you tried your hypothesis btw?)

No, the rar will be flattened as far as our vfs is concerned (since it only contains one flie), so the movie and trailer will appear next to each other.
