Hi all,

it is possible to get the sound output only for xbmc with spdif pass-through?

My options are following:

- "Digital" turned on in xbmc
- my standard in windows vista 32bit is NOT spdif.

If i change in vista's soundoptions to spdif is standart....all workes fine but i want the windows sounds output by the "normal" pc-speakers.

Could i set the output to spdif so xbmc outputs over the spdif?

Latest build has the option to choose different sound output device than the windows default.

Bumping this to thank you as well. I installed XBMC for the first time today specifically to try to get around this issue. (And one other. But we'll get there.)
