For those folks looking for PBS Kids, you might try the USTVVod addon. The PBS Kids channel has lots of Hi-Def videos.

Come to think of it, I suppose I'd love the ability to filter out episodes with less than a specified duration: I enter 11 minutes under add-on options, and all the chaff disappears.
