E6400 or E4500

Question
I hate to start another hardware discussion, but I'm buying this CPU solely for XBMC and figure this forum would be the best place to ask.
basically as the title said, I have looked at craiglist, and found these two CPUs, I can get the E6400 for $80 or E4500 for $100. remember these are Canadian dollars. I don't mind doing some over clocking, anyone has any experience on which would be a better choice for XBMC? which one has more room for OC?

E6400 2.13GHz bus:1066MHz $80

Not all chips are created equally but i would choose the e6300 between the two since its cheaper.

Not only that the clock speed is faster which is a important consideration

the cpu you use really depends on your needs (sd vids, 720p, 1080p)

if your goal is to playback 1080p x264 vids flawlessly; then i'd recommend a 3.0ghz c2d.

The E6400 is a great overclocker. With good motherboard and memory you won't have any problem clocking it at 3.0 GHz, thus having enough processing power for whatever at 1080p. Go for it.
