Quick question - I want to run MAME on my windows XBMC, does this have to be the xbox version, or is it possible to run a windows version?

I would love to see emulator support, but they are still working on a launcher.

search for the launcher plugin and no, you cannot run Xbox binaries on Windows.
So you run the Windows version to be perfectly clear.
