DVD Eject From UI Fail
#1
Hi,

I'm on windows xp SP3, and 'DVD Eject' From UI fail.

When I looked at the source, the "drive letter" isn't specified.

Here the patch:

Any comments/suggestions before I submit the patch on the trac?

No problem!

But it seems there is no way to close tray on windows since there is no difference between "open tray" and "close tray but empty" state.

Any ideas how to fix it? Maybe storing the last state of the tray.

Nope. I don't wanna store the state as I don't like globals and static. Also the detectdvd... need some major rework to work with more than one drive.
I still hope someone gets newer versions of libcdio to work with XBMC on win32 Smile

Also to store the state you would need to know the state at some point. How else would you know what to set the value to begin with.
