I am getting this error.

this is a fresh 8.10 install.

I have tried this:

gpg --export --armor 2BBD133164234534 | sudo apt-key add -
sudo apt-get update

Running the first code I get this error:

ok got this solved. This problem was I had to change the permissions on .gnupg/pubring.gpg and the other file file in that folder. Then synaptic cleared the error, but I had to install xbmc from with apt-get install xbmc rather than using synaptic. Its sloppy but it got the job done.
