I just need a little direction in the proper way. Well first of thx for reading this. Second here is what i have started with. I instaded the xbmc to my pc Desktop where i have all of my media stored. now was wondering i have a laptop right now that i also have xbmc installed on whick i was planing on hooking to the tv via S-cable to watch the movies that reside on my pc desktop(aka my server) i was wonder how is it i can get these to find each other so i can stream the content to my laptop. Is it possible? i also have a xbox 360 but its not modded can it be use to stream vido to also? again thx for reading this.

You can quite easily do this by putting them in the same workgroup and using windows file sharing. Do some searching on gogle and you'll find many useful guides for setting it up.

Don't know a lot abou streaming to the xbox, so hope someone else can help you with that

You can do both at the same time (PC and XBox streaming) using TVersity.
