I am testing out xbmc on Ubuntu Hardy to see if it likes my hardware and I can't seem to figure out how to set up a custom gamepad. I have a Logitech, Inc. Dual Action Gamepad as reported by lsusb. I have been playing around with the Keymap.xml file for a couple of hours now and I can't seem to get the interface to respond to any button press. The joystick is working properly under jstest and anywhere else i try to use it. I have looked around for instructions or a guide for setting this up but I can't seem to find one. If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I have gone through and rechecked this site a few times since I posted this. I even searched for just the word gamepad and looked through everything that came up. Some of the responses basically said this has already been addressed, but gave no indication as to where or how. Maybe I overlooked it, but it certainly wasn't from a lack of effort.
