as a Touchscreen user I would like the mouse interface to have a special event to generate the keyboard ESC event ... in this way, most of the skins would become touchscreen friendly without any modification
I am thinking of a really fast horizontal movement of the mouse from right to left to generate this event (I already have implemented some proof of concept code that works great)
In xbmc, I suppose the simpler way to implement this functionality is to write an event client handler for the mouse wich will raise some keyboard event on special situations ... unfortunately none of the example event clients is written for the mouse,
so ...any hint?
