It does, but I'd imagine most people are downloading from the links in this forum. I can't really stop anyone else visiting the site.

You could temporarily setup a splash screen with just one picture and a link to the forum download thread... which is probably the main reason so many are visiting the site right now. That way there's not multiple hits from all the different images loading on the current homepage.
