Hello

When i play MKV in 1920x1080, the CPU usage rise up to 35 / 45 % and i have no dropped frame.

But if i change the brightness from 50 to 51 (or more) or 49 (or less), the CPU usage goes up to 99% and i got a lot of dropped frame.

If I set the brightness back to 50, the CPU usage is back to 35/45%.

Is it normal ? Is it a filter doing this ?

I use XBMC on Vista with a Core2duo E6600 @3.1 ghz.
(i got the same troubles on XBMC 8.10 Atlantis or Ikons 19082).

this is a known issue since months, and still not fixed.
