I was wondering if it's possible to use an Apple Remote or an Xbox 360 Media Remote with the Creative Labs frontpanel IR? Can anyone point me in the right direction, or will the frontpanel only accept commands from the creative labs remote?

it is possible to use a universal remote with the xfi frontpanel but the problem is that creative uses the MIDI interface to send those commands to the computer which makes it hard if not impossible to get it working with xbmc
