Was curious if it has improved optimization compared to the original Aeon skin? Same or better?

the main release doesn't rull well on appletv at all. the xbox friendly version is usable but still has some slow down issues with the showcase mode and some of the other graphic intensive parts.

K, stark does run on my aTV, albeit rather laggy. As AEON is designed to nativity run at 1080p downscaling it to a lower res is a total waste. IF you use the light version of stark for xbox, it runs reasonably smoothly, just not in showcase mode. My advice if your a graphics hoar like me, use a decent pc with like a 2.5GHZ core 2 duo.
Standard def xvid plays fine. For me 720p scene mkvs are real stuttery, and 720p h.264 mpegs are a liitle out of sync at times.
