Apologies if I'm being really dim but I have searched within Stark and on this forum.

I can't see where you can request a manual scan of the library? In fact I can't seem to find how to populate the library at all?

Can anybody help?

go into videos .. add your sources .. set content

then to manually trigger a scan .. highlight a source in videos .. hit c .. choose scan for new content

Thanks very much, and apologies, as soon as I saw what you'd written i remembered that I had to press 'c' to bring that menu up - was thinking the 's' menu was the one I was looking for.

When i place a episode in a directory and i press update, XBMC does see the file in the FILE mode but not in the library. Is there a setting so that the library also recognises the file?
