Hey Guys,
I currently use the build thats up to date from the SVN ppa. I am running Ubuntu 8.04 withe the 180.44 drivers. I have a 9400GT with 512MB of VRAM. No matter what I do, VDPAU does not show up as a render method. Any suggestions?

SVN ppa is not being maintained as their in a release cycle. You need to build your own from source.
