When i play any mp3 the first half a second is skipped.

e.g Rehab by Amy Winehouse starts with her singing "they tried to make me go to rehab..." but through xbmc i only hear "ake me go to rehab..."

the same mp3 plays as expected in itunes etc

i tried any settings that looked like they might make a difference but no luck so far

i'm using rev19503 and have the same problem on xbox rev 18221.

any ideas?

Seems this is a problem with paplayer. It affects .mp3 and .wma files. If i switch to dvdplayer to open the tracks then they play normally.

My workaround for the moment is to change the default player to dvdplayer in advancedsettings.xml

same behaviour on t3ch 19856 on xbox.
