I know you can mark recently watched files in Library Mode, but I prefer to use File Mode, is there any way to show watched files in File Mode?

Nope.

I run SickBeard and this downloader/sorter/renamer writes a file to my tv show folders and this will give me a watched check mark in file mode on my Xbox XBMC.

I say yes , Now if they could only get this to work for my movies.
