I have been using the 8.10 for playback of .mts files (avchd) .

The new beta has NO audio. I double checked my sound settings , other files have audio just fine.

I reloaded 8.10 and have audio again...

Can you mediainfo that file and post the results.

I would if I could figure out how.... the read this first post mentions nothing about a mediainfo and I have nothing in my log files....

that should play fine. since this is ac3 5.1 do you have downmix multichannel enabled ?
