I want a script that can pull a rev # out of an RSS feed, determine if the current skin is up-to-date, and if not, grab a .rar file from a website and extract it to the skin folder.

Ideally, it should run silently on startup and only prompt once if a new version is found until another update comes along...keeping it as nag-free and unobtrusive as possible.

C'mon...I know somebody out there wants to help a fella out.

No, I didn't find anybody. But I am still interested.
