but only for 4 gig you are not in need to upgrade to 64bit...
i dont know exactly where the thread of benefitting from 64 bit is, but somewhere in the deep of this forum was an thread about it Smile

Hi Pico,

you got it wrong. I installed the 64 bit version of Ubuntu 9.04 and lots of people told me to get rid of it and switch to the 32 bit version. This is what I'll do now and maybe with Ubuntu 9.10 the XBMC development will be ready for 64 bit. Thanks for helping though!!!

thanx pico... did't now this thread... If I would have --> I would have installed 9.04 32 bit right away.... but it's good to stay in practice ;-)
