I see there are nightly updates for testing.

How do you do an install?

I see the kit seems to have a folder structure at the same structure as on the ATV. Do I just ftp the folders from XBMC.App down into the Applications folder on the ATV, after removing the old XMBC.App folder?

Do I need to restart the ATV after?

just replace the old xbmc.app with the new. make sure you are NOT running xbmc when replacing. A restart of the AppleTV is NOT required.

You mean the XBMC.app folder

XBMP.app is really a folder containing all the app items, correct?

On OSX and folder with a ".app" extension is considered an Application container. Make sure you copy the entire directory.
