That's where your thumbnail normally goes I presume (probably using ListItem.Icon), thus is one of the default*.png files (the file's icon) DefaultFolderBack.png I'd guess.
BTW: All your default* images you need to remove the Big from them if you're using <version>2.11</version> to get the background loading stuff.

See? i thought defaultfolderbackbig.png and even changed it and it still didnt flippin show lol. I'll change it to defaultfolderback.png and see how it goes.
EDIT: Not changing for me for some reason.
EDIT 2: Seems it is our guide_poster_nothumb.png I'll have to change that.
