[REQUEST] OpenVPN support in XBMC - Maybe port the Boxee VPN script?

Lightbulb
I noticed that there is now a plugin for Boxee for VPN access with openvpn. Is this something that can be easily ported across to an XBMC plugin?

I had a lot to do in the last past days.. (Huh??er-script ... ??)
From my work as system-engineer I know openvpn very well ...
If you make a single point-point connection with a single psk
this is done in few moments ....

There should be no problen to make the right command with a nice looking
GUI inside xbmc. I made allreday some expirience with comand-line calls
from xbmc (LOL)

If the intresst is there ... I will make a openvpn gui frontend for
xbmc .... but just a single connection with a preshared-key

- No ssl-certs
- just KISS -> Keep it simple stupid ... LOL

OK Greetings from switzerland ....
Hans

BTW I do work on the ........... script 0.5a

Edit : I use openvpn allmost every day, because most firewall at my customers block my connections to my home ....
therefore openvpn is my friend ,,,,,

Sounds good so far. I already have a Witopia account and use it all the time on my Linux mint 7. Can we implement using keys that have obviously been purchased so we can link to the conf file as usual. therefore we can have UK and USA etc etc?

Keep up the great work.
