I looked in video calibration, but really can't figure out how to change the on-screen position of the subs. All I see is the central rectangle and the overscan compensation arrows in the corners.

if you don't see the screen like this, i guess it means that the subtitles are set under the screen. you can press enter to switch between items, subtitles are between lower corner arrows and center square. up and down arrows move it.

Thanx! I was able to catch the subs by pressing enter a few times. Somehow they had diaspeared off the bottom of the screen.
