This is, I think, a simple problem but for the life of me I can't get past it. My problem is, when I run the program, it takes up approximately 30% of the screen. The screen itself is set to 1280x1024. When it first comes up its right but quickly moves to the smaller size. I can run powerdvd, zoom player, smplayer, media player, vlc, etc. with no problem.

I have downloaded the latest and greatest (no change), run through all the skins. I have also studied on all the setup items that I could find. I am, obviously, missing something.

Sounds like you're not launching it fullscreen (-fs).
