sure is.... my atom cpu pretty much does nothing when I'm watching 1080p

you just need the CPU for back-end stuff and your skin.

I just snagged a PNY 8400gs 512mb PCI card off ebay for $30 shipped. I'll use this until I get an HDTV and then I'll get an Atom setup.

When I remove the old AGP card and install the new PCI card, do I have to do anything special in Linux? How do I remove the old legacy nvidia drivers and add the new ones? Should I remove/add the drivers before installation?
