@rblack

Thanks for the fast answer. Now i could enter the code, first time i start the new version i could enter the code and after that i become a script error. I dont have a logfile from this because after second starting the addon there was no error again Smile I could not test your version because i´m from Germany and i your addon is at the moment only for us rating. Could you build in German Ratings ? They are calles FSK-0, FSK-6, FSK-12, FSK-16 and FSK-18. In the database in the field for the rating stands only o.Al. for FSK-0, 6 for FSK-6, 12 for FSK-12, 16 for FSK-16 and 18 for FSK-18. Dont know if this is helping you.

Thanks for this nice addon, i´m searching for so a addon long time.

Hello, I downloaded version .10 of this and can't seem to get it to work on the downloaded movies/tv shows. Does it/should it work on those?

Thanks!

Unfortunately it does not work on downloaded movies/tv shows, it only works for internet content. This is due to an architectural issue with XBMC.

Doesn't work with Frodo, and there is no way to set up password with IOS devices.

@rblack - so this only works for video add-ons and not movies in library?

I tested this on Frodo & set movie content = PG but was still able to play a film with a higher rating e.g. [REC] which is rated R. Now this might be because I've set the scrapper to take UK ratings. If that is the case, is there a simple why to change the country of MPPA rating in the add-on?

parental lock will not work with "The Adult Bay", but works with the other adult plugins. It says "protected" for the adult bay, but I'm still able to go into the plugin and watch porn without a password. Also, when you go to "Choose Plugins to Protect" and select the plugins you want to lock, it doesn't work with certain ones. The ratings lock doesn't work for me either on Frodo 12.2 using Crystalbuntu 2.0 or Openelec 3. I set mine to "Block All Movies" as a test. But when I went to the Mash Up plugin it played every movie I selected.

I think with local content, just having an adult profile (passworded) should be sufficient. Maybe have a setting to have separate plugins per profile so little johnnie doesn't go to Lubetube instead of the Cartoon Network. On a side note, creating a new profile should have a better explanation of what separate and default libraries actually means.
