hello,
can someone tell me how i can get into the terminal when using xbmclive? i've installed it on my harddisk, but i don't know how to get into the terminal to for example update my graphic driver.

Ctrl+Alt+F1 will take you to the first virtual terminal. You can also SSH into the machine via the network if it's configured.

Using SSH is really the best way in the long run.

Download the exelent free putty from:

Fire it up and make a new ssh connection. input the IP adress of your xbmc box and save it. Then load it up and you should get the login screen of your xbmc linux box.

To transfer files you can also use filezilla and make a connection with your box. If you need a easy and fast way to trasnfer files.
