i downloaded this mod but how to use it ?
i need to open it in the skin folder or to overwrite the original eaon fies ?
do i need to change anothers things ?

Unzip and place the folder into your xbmc/skins folder then select this skin in settings/customisation/ name of skin

Also; Some mods need you to have a 'stock' version of Aeon, or at least the fonts, or the media folder as well.

You'll have to be more specific, "it just not happen" is kind of vague. Also, two words: CAPS LOCK.

Blacks mod is a full install just go Here and select download and choose either Zip or Rar

All you need to do is add the old fonts Here

To get the view you posted in Movies you need to be on Multiplex, set in the top menu LAYOUTLOT and THEME:NIGHT

To get that view your also need a extrathumbs folder in with the actual movie and in that folder two thumbs called thumb1.jpg, thumb2.jpg
