Query, are there any Touchscreen Friendly Skins out there? Been out of scene for awhile and debating running this in my CarPC

None are entirely touchscreen optimized, but of the others, the ones optimized for the mouse are closest.
These include PM3.HD and Basics 101 notably. Focus may also be OK - not sure.
There's been a number of people working on them though, so I suggest you have a hunt around the forums and see what you can find.

I'm busy with a Skin specifically for Touchscreen use, however, it is specifically build for my needs, namely listening to music and recording/playing tv.

I'm also planning a touchscreen skin, for car use.
It's probably going to be adapted to netbook screens though. 1024*600 or whatever they are.
I'll post here when I have something to show for myself
