You have an ION and not using the linux version (to use VDPAU) ?
Anyhow, I suggest trying to upgrade XBMC to the latest nightly version and report back.

I think something else is wrong with your system. Everything is looking slow.
You may want to try a more established Windows version for now, though my suggestion would be to use linux to take advantage of your ION.

I don't know well Linux.
I used Ubuntu but I had problem with driver.
Now I have a Linksys wusb600n for this pc and I know that this wifi usb have a problem with linux...
Where I find the latest nightly version?

I installed the last version nvidia ion drive and the Rev21844 and now I don't have the delay.
XBMC started quickly.
