When I open up XBMC and try to play a movie I get the following error.
Failed to initialize audio. If I change my audio preferences and restart it works. But then if I pick a different movie it doesnt work and I have to reload settings and restart the program.
let me know if this is the wrong log

Also, when I try to play a DVD it takes forever for it to load. When it finally does, the same audio error appears.

You're running Babylon by the way. Please try a newer build from the third party sticky thread and post your results.

before a few movies would work but it seems that with the newest build none of them work. I can see the video just no audio
also, since I upgraded, my shortcuts that I added just the other day are not working.

I got the sound working using analog input. It works with digital but only sometimes.
