I know the current build.bat is for Visual Studio .NET 2003
Would like to know if there's a 1 click solution for Visual C++ 2008 Express?

If you setup your build environment correct, there is a build script in "...\project\Win32BuildSetup\" (BuildSetup.bat). Like i wrote in my signature, i use VC++ 2008 Express from the first day.
