Is there any way to set up so the media flags appear in the "Videos" Section the same way they do in the "Movies" Section?
I'm using the latest Aeon Hitcher with Home Customization Mod.

It's not possible outside of library mode (videos is file mode). This has been covered many many times.

Oddly enough, they're probed and stored, but there's no way to transport them back to the skin. Currently they are part of the videoinfo, which is read from the database. No database, no videoinfo, therefore no mediaflags. This will likely change if the library rewrite changes things to allow you to assign arbitrary properties to FileItems.
