hey there =)

at first, i'm new here so hello to everyone on the board
but i also brougt a problem

i am using XBMC on my Ubuntu 9.04 to stream TV from my Server.

I am using an .m3u File
it works good but one thing really annoys me, when i switch from one channel to another, it takes about 4 seconds

some skins show me the message: "Opening Stream" or "Buffering" ...

When i open the Playlist File in the VLC Player the channel switching only needs about 1 Second , so my question:

How can i speed this up or deactivate this buffering/caching process?
