oops silly me, will the above specs able to upscale my normal 350mb (xvid) videos to 720p and also possibility of playing mkv version (720p/1080p) videos without problems?

The pc will be connected to my 32" samsung (LA32B650) .

My guess is that xvid upscaled and 720p will be no problem. I havent own an AMD in a long tiem so I cannot be for certain about the 1080p material.

Why dont you try searching? Im pretty sure cpu specs have been brought up numerous times in the past.
