Hi Guys,


Would it be possible to change Aeon themes automatically based on time of day? For example the darker themes would load at night and the lighter ones (stock theme, reptile aeon) would load during the day?

I really like the dark textures used in some of the themes, but they're seem to be just a lil too dark to use during the day...

I don't think it's possible to get XBMC to change a texture.xpr based on time of day but if you extracted to separate textures you could set a condition based on the time to load them. Of course this wouldn't be a 5 minute job.

I hope that by 'you' you don't mean me, coz all I can do till now is edit (your) xml.

Still, I think it'd be neat to have a dark Aeon during the night, and lighter textures during the day. Something like F.lux but not based on color temperature but on textures...
