Im only able to get to the forums, is the website offline? Its asking me for a loging in password when I go to xbmc.org

I'm sorry, I haven't been on forum for a while, but today when I tried to open xbmc.org got this message:
"A username and password are being requested by http://www.xbmc.org. The site says: "Restricted Area".
What is this? Some new rules? Please HELP!!!!

Is there a direct link to download the newest version of xbmc for vista? YHaving a problem with my current one saying something about copy protection. My media player was doing to until I updated the codecs.
