I'm located in Hong Kong. I just install the software, but it looks like not support Digital TV.
Will it be a plan to support DVB-T, or some PVR function?

It is possible now. But you need another application (in the same or another computer) to serve the TV channel. I personally use TVHeadEnd and are more than pleased with the results. You can search "TVHeadEnd" in the forum if you want further information.
