#1
Hi. I'm new using the xbmc. i have a Dell inspirion 1525 with an intel x3100 graphic card. I intalled xbmc last weekend everything was ok until i tried to install a new skin. basically what i did was Download the skin and pasted in the skin folder @/.xbmc/skins. I tried Aeon and transparecy. when I switch the skins back in the xbmc aeon it's loaded with no text at all no menus no nothing only the bar at the midle of the screen. somthing similar happends when I swith to transparecy nut in this case the text seems to be loaded but noth the backgrouns for the diferent menus. does anyone have a clue of why am I having this issues and how to solve them.

Aeon doesn't come with it's fonts - you have to download them separately.

Not sure about transparency - sounds like too old a version of XBMC that doesn't have the background loading support.

Try r21536 or thereabouts.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.
