Thanks Chrsb!
My new issue is that I cannot go back or navigate in XBMC. So I need a way to simulate backspace and esc I suppose.
My Remote Settings
Computer --> Media Center PC --> Microsoft --> Vista Media Center

When you set up the remote, make sure you add MCE keyboard as a device. I know when I press prev on my 880 it goes back. When I push menu it goes to the main menu. Once you do that you can change the layout of the remote to do just about everything. I used the wiki to see what keyboard keys did what and used that on the Logitech program.

As a device, or in place of the "Vista Media Center" device?
Thank you again.

Yes, you can use the MCE keyboard device instead of the Vista Media Center device (or any other MCE remote device for that matter).
Once you've done that you can map the MCE keyboard commands to the remote for an activity. For example you can map the "P" on the MCE keyboard to the Play button on the logitech, or the "X" on the MCE keyboard to STOP on the remote and so on.
Hope that helps.

i already have a harmony one, a urc mx900, a urc mx850, a control4 system (which controls xbmc via ip control anyway) .. just wanted a high quality ir receiver for my ION 330 ... (I'm in the home automation business) .. but the deal above is a great inexpensive deal

So i moved and reset up my system and reconfigured it all. My IR receiver works when the device is Vista Media Center but not when it is MCE keyboard
Ideas? Thoughts?
