Cannot play DVD

Hey
I cannot play DVD files. AVI files works great.

Its a newly installed ubuntu karmic with the lastest( ? ) XBMC - 9.11 Alpha 1 Karmic.

When i start a DVD, XBMC loads from some sec then crashes quietly.

Any ideas?! Im pretty new to linux , so be easy with me

Is it an nvidia card with vdpau support?

Thar be VDPAU chat in the log, go to settings, videos, player - set render method the software and see how you get on
