I go to bed and leave my XBMC LIVE computer running on my Plasma TV. I like to see the screen saver Plasma when I wake up. However, there is no sound when I wake up. I have to put the computer into standby and resume to get the sound up.

This should suggest you to suspend it *before* you sleep. And - by the way - maybe you don't know that plasmas have a not so long life span and loose their luminosity and contrast over time. So turn that off also and save some energy and plasma life. Sounds much smarter and "ecologically correct" to me.

ok, that still does not solve the XMBC issue man. that's some gee golly good information, but not very helpful.

Sound is working in videos, but it's not working on the menus.
