I'm running XBMC on screen 1, (DISPLAY=":0.1" xbmc) and KDE4 on screen 0.

A couple of weeks ago I was able to press alt+tab and the focus would change to a window on screen 0 instead of xbmc on screen 1. This way, I could do stuff on screen 0 and control xbmc with my remote control.

However, this stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I guess xbmc is catching all the user-input and the window-manager is never able to catch my alt+tab.
Is there a way to make xbmc leave alt+tab to the window manager?

I tried to call the alt+tab action on kde4 via dbus, but I can't get it to work...

Any suggestions?

No idea how to do this but it would be great to be able to launch xbmc in one window, mythtv front end in another, firefox in a third and the ubuntu desktop in a fourth, and to be able to switch between all windows with a common keystroke. Would do wonders for the WAF!
