Just recieved this yesterday ... Tested on XP using winTV software ( don't use Nero Liquid TV ) and it works perfectly.

Here is the steps I followed to get it working on xp:

1) Run winttv_1.2a ( password=chesterfield2 ) until you get to a page with language selection
2) Connect usb tunner and the antenna
3) Click on Drivers Update
4) Click on WinTV Update
5) Run wintv_1.2b
6) Click on Drivers Update
7) Click on WinTV Update
8) Extract usb receiver drivers to a directory
9) Plug in the USB receiver and force window to use directory above to find drivers
10) Select Digital ATSC Scan for antenna when you launch WinTV to scan for channels.
11) Make sure that the antenna is pulled up.

Next step is get it working on Linux and to stream it to XBMC.
